Hello! I'm Shayan Memon Saqlaini, also known as ShayanXtreme, and this is my story.
I was born with hearing and speech challenges. I can hear a little, but I can't understand what people are saying. I communicate by reading lips - when someone speaks clearly and I can see their face, I can understand them. My speech is also different - I can speak, but not as clearly as others. Some might see this as a limitation, but I believe Allah gave me a different path, and I'm grateful for the unique perspective it has given me.
I only completed class 8 before leaving school. When COVID-19 started, I couldn't continue my formal education. I also can't read Urdu in its traditional script - I can only read it when written in English letters (Roman Urdu). I can't speak English fluently either. But here's what I learned: education isn't just about school. It's about passion, determination, and never giving up.
My journey began when I was a child. My father bought a computer for my older brother, and I would watch him edit pictures in Photoshop. I was fascinated. I started learning by watching, by doing, by making mistakes and trying again. I taught myself Photoshop and photography - skills that would become the foundation of everything I do today.
After school, I discovered Counter-Strike 1.6 and joined an online gaming community. This wasn't just about playing games - it was about learning. I watched how they built game servers, learned about VPS (Virtual Private Servers), OpenGamePanel, and server management. I became an admin, learned to use AMX panels, and eventually built my own deathmatch and zombie mod servers. I didn't know how to use command lines or root access properly at first - I just watched my friends and learned by doing.
A friend invited me to post movie articles on his website. That's when I first learned about WordPress. He taught me how to post content, manage files, and update the website. I was curious - how do you actually build a website? I didn't know what WordPress was at the time. I found HTML and CSS themes online, downloaded them, and started editing locally - changing logos, names, and pictures. I didn't know how to make websites live or what domains and hosting were. I was just learning, step by step.
Then I met Oussama, a friend from Algeria who was also self-taught. He taught me everything about hosting and domains - where to buy them, how to set up free hosting, how to use cPanel, how to set up databases, and how to install WordPress. He showed me how to import demo themes and customize them. This opened a whole new world for me.
I kept learning. I explored Android Studio, learned to change logos, icons, and colors in apps. I learned WHMCS - how to build hosting businesses, manage cPanel/WHM servers, and set up IPTV businesses. I learned about payment gateways, modules, and how to create profitable hosting solutions.
I joined Fiverr and worked hard. I reached Level 1, then Level 2, and finally became Top Rated - the highest level on the platform. I was proud of what I had achieved. But then, I got banned. I lost everything I had built there. It was devastating, but I didn't give up.
I joined Fadnix, a digital agency, where I learned how agencies work - the processes, the teamwork, the client management. After 4 months, I left due to low salary, but I took with me invaluable experience about running a business.
Today, I'm the CEO of XtremeTech Studio - my own company and agency. I've built a team, I work with clients worldwide, and I've created a business that I'm proud of.
Allah took away my hearing, my clear speech, and my formal education. But Allah gave me something else - skills, creativity, determination, dreams, and ideas. He gave me a different path, and I've walked it with passion and purpose.

I may not have a formal education, but I have something more valuable - real-world experience, proven skills, and the determination to keep growing.
